FULL-TIME JOB POSTING:  Tech / Prod  Manager

// Summary

The Tech Prod Manager is responsible for all technical assets involved in GBM6 operations (owned, rented, and outsourced), and their practical applications for the successful execution of GBM6 events.

• Full-time
  • 40-hrs average/week in office, plus
  • On-site, in-transit work as dictated by projects / production schedule

// Primary Tasks / Duties Include:

• Manage GBM6 shop/warehouse facilities
• Oversee all technical elements on site for projects
• Coordinate all tech/outsourced vendors
• Tech advance / coordination with major artists / touring teams
• Pick-up / return rental gear and vehicles
• Gear sourcing & purchasing, & maintenance
• Oversee tech-focused intern(s) and lead tech-focused team tasks

// Key Requirements

• At least 5 years industry experience (concerts / technical event production)
• Comprehensive understanding of fundamental production technologies & components, including power, audio, lighting, staging, FX.
• Ability to drive 24’ box trucks
